Top Scholar Services was envisioned by two Howard University graduates who, having kids of their own, wanted to roll up their sleeves and lead meaningful change in the communities that they live and work in.  

Access to education and hard work can shorten the gap between how the world is today and how it should be. In fact, problems like the school-to-prison pipeline, where children are funneled out of schools and into the juvenile and criminal justice system, don't have to persist beyond our lifetime and can be solved by youth literacy programs. 

By providing literacy reinforcement services that consistently package methods, tools and techniques in ways that meet students where they are today and prepare them for where they should be tomorrow.
